Our database matches people's requirements to your properties. When you log in you can see who might be interested in any of your properties. You can then automatically email them your property listing(s) and photos to arrange a viewing.

Debt & Property Recovery Service - our partners Landlord Action are a unique service for private and corporate landlords. Fixed fees cover courts, solicitors, barristers and bailiffs.

Repairs - you can find our directory of member-recommended tradesmen in the Community Section - alternatively we can arrange repairs to your property/ies.

We will undertake all urgent repairs within 24-48 hours depending on location with an agreed fixed fee according to job specification. In all other cases we will give you a competitive quotation for any repairs to be carried out by a qualified tradesmen.
