Now you can access detailed, accurate reports on tenants built into the database by our members.

Tenant Alerts are reports created by landlords to promote 'Accredited Tenants' who have carried out their tenancy obligations throughout the term of their tenancy period. These reports DO NOT create a blacklist of tenants but are designed to create a list of 'Accredited Tenants' showing historical information.

To comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and The Human Rights Act 1998 only Landlords Alert members (Private Landlords, Letting or Estate Agents and Social Landlords) can access these reports - providing they obtain consent from the tenant using our consensual documents.

We have devised a strict two-part process to ensure that both landlords and tenants are fairly represented - we call this 'Step One' and 'Step Two' (accessible via the member's area).

Landlords Alert reserve the right to request written evidence as proof to back up any statements made about tenants at any time, so as to ensure authenticity of the information registered on our database in order to protect the interest and promote fairness to tenant(s). Supported evidence must be official documentation such as Orders issued by the The Court of Law.
